Few things make for a more glamorous day than a sunset wedding and cocktail hour on the rooftop of Chicago's Morgan Manufacturing in the city's West Loop neighborhood. It was a detailed and finely curated event, from the bride's personally designed dress, to the ornate table arrangements, all the way to the late-night party snacks, catered by Chicago's very own Weiner's Circle (and if you haven't heard of them, do yourself a favor and go get a truly authentic Chicago-style hot dog).
